Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be fully present in every moment of your day - your life? Mindfulness has now become one of the 'buzz words' for living in the now. But what is Mindfulness and how can it help us to live more fully in each moment?

On 'MINDFULNESS AS A WAY OF BEING' we will explore the concept of Mindfulness and the benefits of embracing a daily Mindfulness practice.
You will be introduced to a range of Mindfulness techniques and processes that you can use in your daily life to help you stay present and in harmony with life. These processes are straight forward and simplistic. No prior experience is necessary

Cost of attending is €50 Please bring your own lunch (places locally also available to get lunch if preferred). Tea / Coffee provided.
