Resolving Conflict And Building Consensus

Since differences, disagreements, and conflicts are inevitable and not inherently good or bad, their value to teams depends on the way they are perceived and managed. Teams can build upon the opportunities that diversity provides to draw out each individual’s strengths and unique abilities for the greater good of the organisation. In Success Through Teamwork, participants apply tools and techniques to address differences, resolve conflicts, and make decisions to reach team goals.

Course T3               One Day

Working Together - Developing a Team Spirit

This interactive training event addresses the need for teamwork to ensure effective service delivery. Participants will consider ways of promoting a team spirit where every member is seen to have a role to play and an opinion that is valued.

Course T4               Two Days


 

High Involvement Teamwork

(Run at regional venues as a five day course or five separate one day sessions. Can be delivered In-House in a range of formats.  This course is not available via distance learning)

 

Today’s organisations are utilising teams more and more to meet customer demands and stay competitive in a changing marketplace.  Team members must understand their increasing roles in the team process and actively work to support each other to maximise effectiveness and meet organisational expectations.  ‘High Involvement Teamwork’ provides managers, supervisors, team leaders, and team members with the practical skills needed to be successful within their teams.  In this comprehensive five-unit Programme, participants develop the fundamental interpersonal skills that are the foundation of high performance teamwork.
