This workshop will provide those attending with an introduction into how using Mindfulness
techniques can enhance our everyday quality of living.
The techniques and processes that are taught will assist you to become more focused
and live in the present moment rather than allowing your mind to drift into thoughts
of past negative experiences or future worries.
You will learn how Mindfulness can help you to address negative thoughts and live
your life in a positive and fulfilling way. Some basic Mindfulness Meditation is
included in the programme.
