This Guided Mindful Retreat is an Extended Weekend Event being run by Ray James (OPAL’s founder). No prior experience or knowledge of Mindfulness is required and all are welcome.

ABOUT THE RETREAT:
The retreat will combine guided sessions of teachings and practice along with periods of stillness for personal reflection. Whether you are new to Mindfulness, have never previously been on a retreat or someone who is more experienced, this weekend retreat is designed to accommodate your requirements.
There will be an optional 'introduction' session between 3.30-
Using a range of creative mindfulness processes plus guided meditation, instructional teaching sessions and periods of silent reflection, we will develop our ability to live in harmony with life – whatever life brings. No previous experience of Mindfulness or any other activities is required.
Although there will be periods of silence, this is not a totally silent retreat. Please contact OPAL for information on full Silent Retreats.
The OPAL Centre is situated in a rural and tranquil environment, approximately 14 km from Roscommon town.
The cost to attend the Retreat is €85 (includes lunch).

Bed in shared male or female dormitory room = €20 per night
Twin bedded room (two people sharing) = €35 per person per night
